  • Hillside Erosion Control Program
    The VCRCD assists in the preparation and review of Hillside Erosion Control Plans on new agricultural developments in critical areas (sloping lands). This service is provided to the County of Ventura as specified in the Ventura County Hillside Erosion Control Ordinance.
