The RCD is committed to assisting Ventura County Agriculture through its various programs and partnerships with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. With over 40 years of service to County farmers we understand the unique challenges and opportunities of our diverse agricultural operations.  In addition we believe Farm Preservation is a key component in open space and natural flood plan management.
